Who this is between

ForecourtIQ is provided by Asset Protect Group Ltd, trading as ForecourtIQ, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17236172) with its registered office at 11 Bridge Street, Bury, Lancashire BL0 9AB ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of the dealership you name.

The trial

New accounts start on a free trial. No payment details are taken. When the trial ends the account pauses until a plan is chosen; nothing you uploaded is deleted for 90 days after that, and you can export it at any time before then.

Paid plans

Plans are priced per dealership per month, ex VAT, and billed monthly in advance. You can change plan or cancel at any time from the app; cancelling stops the next payment and keeps the account working until the end of the paid month.

Your data

Everything you upload — sales history, catalogues, condition reports, customer postcodes — stays yours. We use it only to run the product for you. We never sell it, share it with another dealership, or use it to build a market average. Customer names are never stored; see the privacy notice.

What the scores are

ForecourtIQ's scores, estimates and buy advice are worked out from your own figures and public catalogue data. They are an aid to your judgement, not a valuation or a guarantee. Bidding decisions and their results are yours.

Fair use

One account per dealership. Do not share logins, scrape the service, or upload data you have no right to use. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other dealerships at risk, and will tell you why.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot promise it, and we are not liable for losses from downtime, data loss or decisions made using the product beyond the fees paid in the previous three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will tell account holders by email at least 14 days before a change that affects them.
