Who we are

ForecourtIQ is operated by Asset Protect Group Ltd, trading as ForecourtIQ, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17236172) with its registered office at 11 Bridge Street, Bury, Lancashire BL0 9AB. What we collect when you register your interest

• Your name, dealership name, email address and phone number.
• The stock size you select.
• The date and time of your registration and the IP address it came from, which we keep to spot abuse of the form.

Why we use it

To contact you about ForecourtIQ launch access and product demonstrations, which is what you consent to when you tick the box on the form. We do not use these details for anything else and we do not sell or share them with third parties.

Where it is kept and for how long

Registrations are stored in a file on our web server in the United Kingdom, outside the part of the server that the public can reach. We keep them until ForecourtIQ launches and for twelve months after, or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever is sooner.

Trial invitations

When we invite a dealership to try ForecourtIQ, the invitation email contains a one-pixel image and a personal link. We record whether the email was opened and whether the link was used, and once somebody is signed in we count the days on which they use the product. We use this to see whether a trial is going well and to know when to get in touch; it is not shared with anybody else. Sign-in pages set only the cookie that keeps you signed in.

Analytics cookies

This site, its guides and the ForecourtIQ app use Google Analytics to understand which pages are used. It sets cookies only if you choose Accept analytics in the banner; if you decline, no analytics cookie is set and your choice is remembered in your browser. You can change your mind by clearing the site's data in your browser settings. Google's own notice is at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, at any time using the contact details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Dealer accounts

If you go on to use the ForecourtIQ application as a dealer, the data you upload to it is covered by the agreement you accept when your account is set up, not by this notice.
